Hi! I'm Meredith and I’m a branding photographer who works with musicians and creatives to capture empowering, on-brand imagery for themselves and their businesses.

I've collaborated with classical musicians, actors, wellness coaches, website designers, photographers, and more to help them build a portfolio of stunning photographs they can use to spread the word about what they do.

What is included in a branding photoshoot?

  • 1. Pre-Session Planning

    The first step is a brand discovery questionnaire to help you nail down your ideal audience and goals for your images. We'll hop on a pre-session planning call to determine the style of photos you're looking for and find the location(s) to match.

  • 2. The Session

    In each session, we'll capture a mix of headshots and lifestyle portraits to help you tell your story. I'll coach you through the session to make sure we get a variety of shots where you'll look like a natural in front of the camera (even if this is your first photoshoot!) — no stiff and stuffy poses here!

  • 3. Image Selection

    You'll receive an online gallery to view lightly edited images from your session. From here, you'll select your favorites and I'll edit and touch up your final selections as needed.

  • 4. Final Product

    Here's the really fun part! You'll receive an online gallery to view and download your digital photos within three weeks of your session date. I'll also include different crops and resolutions of your photos depending on where you're planning to use them (e.g., website, social media, print).

  • I'm based in Rochester, New York. I take frequent trips to Boston, MA, NYC, and other areas in the Northeast. I'm happy to meet you wherever you are!

    Need some location ideas? Send me a message via the contact form for some outdoor and indoor location recommendations.

  • The most important thing is to wear something you feel comfortable in. Neutral colors (e.g., earthy tones, warm brown tones, gray) work best. If you want to add some color, rich and deep reds, teals/turquoises, greens, purples, and blues are great colors to wear for a photo session.

  • 50% of the session fee is due upon booking to save your session date and time. The remainder of the session fee will be due on the day of your session.

  • Yes! Depending on your session length, you'll receive between 20-100+ image proofs to choose from. Let me know how many additional photos you'd like retouched or lightly polished, and I'll provide some pricing options.

  • You'll receive an online gallery of image proofs where you can view the images from your session and select the photos you'd like retouched.

    Once you've made your selection, I'll begin editing your photos and the final retouched images will be added to the online gallery for you to download.
